How Much?

2008

• $1500 per week (all year) - Extra Days $215 per day.

• Deposit 20% - $300 with completed reservation form.

• Damage/Cleaning Fee of $200 - Refundable

• Balance $1400 (incl. Refundable Damage/Cleaning Fee)

• Minimum Booking 3 nights - Rate $270 per night.

2009

• $1600 per week (all year) - Extra Days $225 per day.

• Deposit 20% - $320 with completed reservation form.

• Damage/Cleaning Fee of $200 - Refundable

• Balance $1480 (incl. Refundable Damage/Cleaning Fee)

• Minimum Booking 3 nights - Rate $300 per night.

 Cancellations

• Refund of $300 less booking fee

• 10% within 3mths of booked period

• After that no refund unless cancelled period is rebooked.

Rental applies to the bottom floor only. 

ARRIVAL TIME - Not before 2.00pm
DEPARTURE TIME 9.00am - This allows the cleaners time to prepare for the next tenants.
